2019 Blue Mountain Sled Dog Race

by Jerry on December 28, 2018

Blue Mountain Snowdusters and North Country Mushers are coming together once again to host a mid-distance sled dog race on February 16, 2019, at the Grantham Recreational Fields on Shedd Road in Grantham, NH. The purpose of the event is to have a community event that will bring together area organizations, businesses and individuals. It is our hope to raise awareness and educate the public on both dog sledding and snowmobiling. In 2018 we hosted this event for the first time and it was a huge success. The community rally and participation was more than we had expected. The mushers who competed were excited to come back for another year. It is our hope that the weather cooperates and we will have another great turnout of around 25 racers and hundreds of spectators. See below for more info!
